H E Servicing. Ltd is a family owned company based in Hexham, Northumberland and services the North of England.
As a supplier of commercial solar PV trackers, we offer a range of high-quality tracking solutions designed to help maximize electricity production in solar PV systems. Our products are engineered to optimize the orientation of solar panels throughout the day, narrowing the angle of incidence and enabling more energy to be captured.
Our solar tracking systems are typically used for ground-mounted solar arrays and have become a mainstay in the increasingly competitive utility-scale and commercial/industrial segments of the global solar market.
Solar panels are made up of many photovoltaic cells, which convert sunlight into electricity. Each photovoltaic cell is made up of two slices of semi-conducting material, usually silicon, that establish an electric field. When the sun shines onto a solar panel, energy from the sunlight is absorbed by the PV cells in the panel. This energy creates electrical charges that move in response to an internal electrical field in the cell, causing electricity to flow From there it can be used by you for free or exported back into the national grid to earn you a ‘Feed in Tariff’ income.
Solar PV (photovoltaic) systems generate electricity by absorbing sunlight and using that light energy to create an electrical current. The process can be broken down into three basic steps:
The Dual Axis Tracker produces as much as 45% more yield than a fixed PV array. This is accomplished through dual axis tracking of the suns path from day to day and throughout the seasons.
The tracking system always aligns the panels with the optimum angle of the sun using the high precision control system to maximise the yield and electricity production.
You can monitor the performance via the systems real time communications hub to ensure maximum performance and electricity production.
The Sonnen Tracker is manufactured in Germany and can be fitted with a panel of choice. There are in built safety features to self-protect the tracker against high winds. As wind speed increases the tracker automatically folds down flat to protect itself. The same process happens at night when there is no sun to track.
